Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In case of a refund claim, it is mandatory for the recipient to have an unboxing video of the product being taken out from the sealed packaging to support their claims in case a defective/different/broken product is received. Refund request will not be entertained without the video proof.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Cancellation of order
Cancellation of an order can be initiated by contacting us at support@strevya.shop. A customer can request cancellation of the order within 24 Hours from the order time. In case of pre-paid order, the refund shall be initiated within 2 working days of cancellation approval and the amount shall reflect in your original payment mode within 7-10 days.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Discount items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items listed at a discount cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. In certain cases, an exception can be made by us and a new replacement unit may be sent out without requiring the customer to return the item received.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 2 working days from the arrival of product at our warehouse. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and the amount to reflect back.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 5000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
